The Fox and the Grapes
The fox is actually a fantasy fox--it has the anatomy of a Red Fox and the coloration of a Gray Fox. Both species flourish in the Willamette Valley, Oregon, where I live, and I couldn't decided between the two, so I did both. The rodents are packrats and the birds are scrub jays, also native to the area, which is a major wine growing region in North America.
